It is very easy..consume less calorie than you burn..means(burning calorie-consume calorie)=weight loss.If you consume more calorie than you need for your whole day work,it is difficult to loose weight then.and one more important thing..exercise can not reduce your excess weight,Diet plays slmost 70%role and exercise 30%(specially strength training).before all of that of you have any hormonsl imbalance,thrn fix it at first.nothing will work if your hormone is imbalanced.
