Today I'm going to do a comparison between the vitamix professional series 750 and the Vitamix Culinary Institute of America Professional Series which is the same as the Vitamix 5200 now they both have 64 Hounds jars .One is the narrow jar One is the wide jar that the that comes with the professionals here is 750 and other series and I'm going to do the Apple test. This is my famous in famous infamous Apple test and what it is basically .We're going to grab two apples,

We're going to put one here we got to put one here and I also made sure that they're the same weight just about few grams plus - few grams. We're going to add a cup of water to each and now we're  going to gradually start it and go to high all the way because this one needs to gradually go to high and then turn the high speed on. So one two three, all right so that itdidn't work for the Vitamix 5200, we're going to have to use a tamper with it gonna have to restart .we'd have to do a restart .I wanted to show you what happened to the Apple it's pretty pretty weird ,alright we're going to do a little different test next.

All right so instead of using a tamper where I cut the apples into four pieces

and both of them and we'll see how it goes.

inspection so this is how this wheel click this is how this looks like .They absolutely reasonable or maybe this one's a little, all right ,we have to bring the strainer spring okay and now we're going to start with d750 and we'll just dump everything into the string and now we'll see what comes out

this is what we're getting from the 750 okay .Now we're going to do the 5200 M only that's quite a difference. I could say that yes, big difference how do you account for that I don't know I wonder.

 So it's a big difference and we have a winner and the winner is  vitamix professional series 750 .So the

Vitamix Professional 750 did way way

better.

I'm not sure I'm going to get some nasty comments about this ,something

someone is going to say something that

we did something wrong here, but I don't

know I actually measured on the scale

these apples these are the same species

of apples maybe not from the same tree

but definitely from the same bag. This is
